We do not access or read the content of your uploaded files. All data is encrypted in storage and during transfer.

• Provide and operate the core functions of File Kavach (uploading, storing, sharing)
• Manage user authentication and secure access

• All files and personal data are protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
• We employ authentication tokens, access logs, and restricted permissions to safeguard your data.
• Despite our best efforts, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as required by law. Upon deletion of your account, we permanently erase all personal and uploaded data after a 30-day grace period.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your data. Your information may be shared only with:

• Cloud service providers (for secure storage and backups)

• Payment gateways(when premium services are introduced)

• Law enforcement authorities, if required by law

All third parties are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
